I am a fine illustrator of fine comics.

Or at least, that’s my goal. At the moment I’m creating some shorter comics to really improve my skills, but I’ve long harbored ambitions creating some long-form webcomics.

Why make comics? I like making people laugh. I like making something that others can enjoy. It gives me purpose. I’ve always felt a bit odd in life, and I like the idea of making stories for similarly odd people.

Why Animal Noun Comics? I am bad at thinking of names.

So I compared what other webcomic creators came up with and noticed some …commonalities with which I derived a template. Which I then used as my name. (A more accurate template would probably have been ‘Adjective Animal’ but “Animal Noun” rolls off the tongue better).

I’m currently in the process of rebranding to “Tired Squire Comics” which I’ve decided I prefer the sound of. Eventually I’ll finish some brand art and remodel my site. Eventually.
